She can be seen smoking the herb salvia through a bong. Salvia, which has psychedelic qualities, is legal in California. It is often compared to the effects which a user gets from LSD. LSD, however, is man-made, whereas salvia, like marijuana, grows naturally.
The former Hannah Montana star’s “honorary godmother” Dolly Parton recently admitted that she;s worried about people influencing the teenage star’s behavior more than ever now that her parents, Billy Ray and Tish, are divorcing.
“I think she’s just in a crosswind trying to overcome the ‘Hannah Montana’ little girl and trying to become a young woman. I don’t know if she’s surrounded by people that are helping her to not make the wise decisions…”
